Job Description Summary:

The Department of Sociology, Anthropology, Social Work, & Criminal Justice invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track Assistant Professor of Criminal
Justice position to begin Fall 2018. Applicants must demonstrate or have the potential to produce scholarly research and effective teaching.

We seek candidates who can contribute to our program needs in corrections, homeland security, terrorism, and/or foreign or domestic radicalization processes. In addition, preference may be given to candidates who could teach courses in additional core program areas. Candidates should have an appreciation of and commitment to the value of diversity and developing a diverse faculty and student body.

Minimum Qualifications:

A Ph.D. in criminology/criminal justice or a related field is required at the time of appointment, August 15, 2018.
